Key details: A new 40 ft high cube container finished as a one-bedroom home with a rooftop deck, a tiled shower and a kitchenette. It is built for short-stay hosts and owners who want a ready-made cabin that only needs connecting. Setting it up is mostly a matter of connecting services, and the plumbing is laid out for that. Water comes in through a 1/2 in RV hose spigot at the rear and runs through 1/2 in PEX. Greywater leaves by a 1.5 in PVC stub-out and blackwater by a 3 in stub-out, and either can go to a city sewer or an RV hookup. Hot water comes from a 13 kW self-modulating tankless heater rated at 2.54 GPM, tucked under the kitchen cabinets.
