Built from a standard steel shipping container, it has been professionally modified and finished to create a modern, functional office environment suitable for a wide range of professional uses.
On the exterior, the unit measures 20ft long, 8ft wide, and 8.6ft high, and features a durable custom gray paint finish for a clean, professional appearance. A protective roof coating helps shield the structure from heat, rain, cold, and corrosion, extending the life of the container in harsh environments. Access is provided through a 36” x 80” fire-rated commercial steel door with knock-down frame, along with two vinyl sliding windows for natural light and ventilation. An exterior lighting fixture adds convenience and visibility.
Inside, the office is fully insulated with 2” closed-cell spray foam, helping maintain consistent interior temperatures while improving energy efficiency and noise reduction. The interior space measures approximately 19ft 4in by 7ft 8in, with a comfortable ceiling height of 7ft 10in.
