Containers are sold based on their described condition at time of purchase:

• One-Trip – Like-new; used once for overseas shipping
• Cargo Worthy – Certified structurally sound for shipping
• Wind & Water Tight – Keeps elements out; no certification
• As-Is – Sold in current state; buyer aware of condition

Minor dents, surface rust, and wear may be present depending on container type and usage history. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect structural integrity unless explicitly stated.

Due to the nature of shipping containers as large physical assets:

• All sales are generally final once confirmed
• Refunds or cancellations may only be considered before dispatch or under specific agreed conditions
• Custom-modified containers are non-refundable
